Most burglaries are opportunistic ? with open windows being a favourite entry point for burglars. However, if the windows are closed and someone breaks in by smashing the glass, your customers will receive an instant notification about it.

By recognising the three typical positions of a European-style window (closed, opened & tilted), the Window Handle Air keeps track of your windows, and you can instantly see the status of them in the app.

Cuts heating costs
If the window handle recognises an open window, the Loxone Miniserver lowers the heating in the respective room, ensuring your customers don?t spend money on heating unnecessarily.
